"I lived in these apartments for two years and spent both summers here. From my time here, I can confidently say that the management truly cares about its residents. They respond promptly to any issues that come up and make an effort to get to know you. Though the summers can be hot, being right on the lake with an amazing dock to lay out on and watch the sunsets from makes it well worth it. Overall, it is great price for the location. Definitely recommend it!"

If you don’t mind some heat during the summer months and some noise on the weekends from neighboring Greek life, you will enjoy a very cozy winter here and being right by state street for great nightlife."

"I’ve rented everywhere in Madison. You won’t find a better landlord to rent from or a place with a better view. With lake access! It’s right on the lake! Location cannot be beat either, you can walk everywhere, it’s blocks from state street and everything campus has to offer. Management, maintenance, housekeeping…they are all professional and very friendly. I wish I could give more stars!!!"
