"Since PRM bought out JEK Properties everything has gone downhill. PRM will charge random fees for pest control when no one comes to take care of pests. They are bad at communication and did not tell us they no longer had a grounds-crew coming to take our garbage cans out each week (we had this for 2 years prior with JEK). Now we must take the garbage to the street ourselves, no biggie, except this was not communicated to us explicitly until July, when they got rid of the grounds-crew in March. JEK treated its tenants like they cared about each of us. PRM is a massive conglomerate and only cares about making a profit and treating tenants as business transactions. During the winter they left properties snowed in, with no choice but for us to buy shovels to get out of our own parking lots for work. They left public sidewalks they were responsible for impassable as well."

"Not exactly a bad experience, but no one shoveled the sidewalk behind the apartment complex at 1105 W Badger Rd Apartments. The shovelers might have forgot and someone else shoveled a little bit of it, but not all of it. I know the shovelers probably had to go other places that is why they forgot, so over all it is OK, since I usually do not need to use the back sidewalk unless I am taking out my trash."
