"I enjoyed my time living in the apartment. However, I was very disappointed when the management shared that our rent increase would go up over $130 monthly if we wanted to stay another year. I wish they would have told us much earlier in the year, as it felt like they were waiting until the last minute to share this information. If we had known sooner, we would not be dealing with searching for a new apartment at a time that they are already very much picked over. My only other complaint is that there is often an alarm going off in the lobby. There is no way for the residents to stop the alarm and it isn't uncommon for the alarm to be going off for the entire day during the weekend or during days that management is not in the building."

"I've been living here for almost 7 months now and am extremely happy with my choice to move in. Out of the 3 other management companies I've been with at my time in Madison, this one has been the best! Katie and everyone else are super responsive to any concerns or requests, as well as taking the time to get to know their residents personally. Rent is beyond fair for the size and quality of the apartments compared to other spots on and around campus. Highly recommend this place!"

"I lived here for two years and loved it. The management was quick to address any problems and very friendly! The apartments are reasonably priced for Madison, and the amenities are great. One of the few dog-friendly apartments in town."

"I lived there for 2 years and, even though there were changes in management during that time, I never had any issues. On the contrary, they were always very helpful and friendly. Even when they weren't physically in the property, they were still very accessible via e-mail. All maintenance requests I had were taken care of quickly, but there were very few (and mostly minor issues, such as replacing an oven lightbulb) since the building was finished around March 2015. It's a pet-friendly building, but I was never disturbed by incessant dog barking (honestly, there's very little to none). I felt safe in the neighborhood and it is quiet (most of the street noise is due to ambulances, but that's not at all unbearable). In sum, I'd highly recommend living there for its convenient location and the positive overall experience I believe you'll have!"
