Santhia responded quickly to my emails and offered thorough video tours of two of their properties, and took the time to answer all my questions. Compared with the 4 other places we looked at their correspondence was by far the best and most personal. The duplexes we looked at were clean, and well kept. Her husband is a handyman and it sounds like their grown kids help with the family business as well. Very nice people; I felt bad when we told them we went with another place :)"
