"Affordable apartments for those of low income, small fenced dog park, nice walking paths, dog-poo cleanup bags and trash cans throughout the property, onsite washer and dryers ($1.25 a load per machine), plenty of free outside parking spaces. Very close to bus, freeway, gas station, Walgreens, fast foods etc. Maintenance comes out quick for issues."
