"I absolutely love Oakland Apartments! The units are affordable for college students and come with a parking space, which is a huge plus. Street parking is also very easy in this location, which is a huge relief. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice friendly feel to it. Trader Joes, Camp Randall, The Fieldhouse, and Campus are also within a reasonable walking distance. Management is excellent! They respond in a timely manner and are professional and personable. Further, they don't scam you out of your security deposit, which is a huge plus as a college student. I would recommend Oakland Apartments to anyone!"
