"This modern apartment building is extremely well maintained and very well kept. It was built in 2011, so it's very new. The walls are super thick (I never hear my neighbors), the landlords keep the building clean, and it has all the trappings of a nice new building (in unit dryer/washer, heated underground garage with bike parking, large elevators, a gym downstairs, etc.). Furthermore it's right near a bike path, and only a short ride to downtown or campus. Not to mention Hildale (which has a nice grocery store, a Target, and restaurants) is just down the road."

"I do not recommend living here. Too expensive and not many amenities. Looking around at other apartments near this location and they offer pools, fire pits, etc for cheaper than the rent at Seqouya. I had an extremely scary situation happen in my apartment with the window falling off it’s hidges and shattering all over the floor and my belongings. Not only did Seqouya not reimburse me for my ruined belongings but they gave me 74 dollars back out of my 500 dollar security deposit!! I did have an re-rental fee but I found the new individual to take over my lease in full and they still charged me $350! Do your research and live somewhere else because they are cheaper and offer more amenities. Other landlords are also kinder."
