"I never thought I'd live in such a nice place! It is so quiet here, maintenance requests are handled very quickly and they make sure they've handled things to our satisfaction. Sidewalks & driveways have been shoveled & plowed well before we leave for work. In the summer & fall, the lawns were beautiful! All of this is new to us after our last place. This is a friendly, safe community and the management team is amazing. I don't ever want to leave! The ONLY drawback is that we're on the 2nd floor and as we get older the stairs take more effort. But with this view, 2 balconies, and peace & security I don't care if I have to crawl up the stairs when I'm 80. Absolutely love this place and feel fortunate to live here!"

"I and my husband are living in this community since 2018 and we love it! Everything is excellent about this community - The location, safety, amenities, Staff, maintenance etc. Courtney is an amazing person. She is very friendly and is always available to answer our questions. The two maintenance guys are awesome. They resolve the issue in a couple of hours or max in a day after raising a request. "Having lived in many apartments I can say that I am really enjoying my stay in Madison Apartments. The best thing about them is the maintenance staff . They are extremely friendly and don’t bother you for minor wear and tears . Also the heating insulation is very good which probably saves you money on gas bills. Courtney from the front office deserves a special mention as she is very accommodating for most situations."

"Lived at the Madison for 6 months, and it was a fairly decent place to live. Pros - Huge spacious apartment for the price. Tons of storage space. - Convenient location to East Madison and Sun Prairie. - Management is outstanding. Any problems were handled extremely quickly and professionally. Repairs were done within the next few days. Our washer broke down and they had a replacement within a day. - Underground parking! Excellent in winter. Cons - Walls are very, very thin. We could hear all of our neighbors activities, day and night, and we had neighbors that liked to party. We had a first floor unit so the second floor may be a quieter option. - Tenants don’t pick up after their dogs so there is always a lot of dog poop in the shared spaces, especially in the winter. - Tenants don’t respect leash laws so there were quite a few loose large dogs running around and harassing my smaller dogs on leash when we’d go for walks. Management would post signs in the shared spaces reminding people to keep their dogs on leash, but that never worked. Ultimately would not choose to stay there again simply because of the headaches of loose large dogs harassing my small ones on leash and not wanting to hear what my upstairs neighbors are doing at all times."

"My fiancé and I lived at the Madison Apartments for 1 year with our dog (black lab) and cat. We were on the first floor in a one bedroom that had been newly updated before moving in. The appliances (minus the washer and dryer) and flooring were brand new. We loved the area as it was safe and removed from busy streets but super close to mall and Sun Prairie. The management and staff have always been great. We had terrible upstairs neighbors, but they eventually got kicked out. They were extremely noisy and their 3 year old would escape their apartment and wonder around and into other people's apartments including ours. We never complained but other neighbors did. They even flooded their bathroom causing an extreme leak in our bathroom ceiling but management was prompt in repairing and fixing that issue. The club house is extremely nice and well maintained. The gym is great for an apartment gym. We used the computers a lot and never had too many issues. Once in awhile the internet on them didn't work, but fixed within a day. The storage units are above your garage spot which sucks to put bigger items in, however it is a good sized storage cabinet. Overall, our experience was great. We would have stayed, but the rent increased after a year and none of the utilities are included in rent plus the pet fee was $60. They do offer you $100 off first month rent if you stay, but even with that the price increased. Also, the units really aren't sound proof. When we got new upstairs neighbors who weren't noisy at all... We could still hear their conversations. We did receive our security deposit back as well minus the outstanding utility bill. They sometimes don't get utilities added to your monthly rent bill, so it comes out of your security deposit when you leave. We ended up just going to their other complex Door Creek because we trusted the management and they allow large dog breeds. I would recommend this place to anyone with pets. It's a good deal if you have a larger dog."
