"I'm very glad I decided to rent here. I've been here for a year and renewed for another year. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and reasonable. All of the appliances and the apartment in general has held up and I haven't had to request maintenance yet. As a student I can say it's a reasonable distance from everything I need or want. With the new Nicholas Recreation Center opening up a block away and the Kohl Center as it's neighbor, this building has an extreme amount of value in the location category. Finally, I never hear my neighbors. Even if they're blasting music. Sometimes I would walk by my neighbor's apartment and the loud music would be leaking through the door. But when I am in my apartment I hear nothing. This is a huge plus for me. All in all, you would be hard-pressed to find a comparable building in this price category."
"I really enjoyed living in this apartment! The staff are very friendly and know you by name rather than just a number! I have lived in other apartments in Madison, and no other property management has taken the time to know me personally. They really go above and beyond to keep the common places clean, and I will miss living here when my lease is up!"
"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst place you can ever go to. It gets super loud at night. They use commercial carpets for bedrooms which is very uncomfortable and can trigger allergies. They give you false information during the signing then never apologize for it. They have cameras EVERYWHERE in every corner or hallway which is creepy. They blame you for fake stuff to take your diposet and then offer to pay you back when you sue. Definitely not worth living there. You can find much better living spaces anywhere else. As another review stated. They've been sued multiple times."
