Amanda has been helpful every time I would ask questions about my apartment, i.e., parking, rent, and maintenance. Renting at Maple Grove apartments has been a great experience and if I wasn't moving out of state, I would continue to make it my home. Thank you, Amanda, for your help and professionalism!!! It's going to be challenging finding an apartment community as awesome as this one!! Highly recommend living here at Maple Grove Apartments!!"

"The property is managed very effectively and Efficiently. Phone calls and emails are promptly retired and issues are relived in a very timely manner. The hallways, stairways and parking structures are kept very tidy. The property as while is kept up and inspected in a very regular basis and as issues arise they are dealt with ASAP. In todays apartment atmosphere, all management companies are struggling to keep up with issues that arise despite do the the lack of avail workers. Not just in apt management, but I. All work fiends. Amanda, the gracious and perky complain manager is doing her very best with the people she has to work with. I've lived here 4 years and this the best and most most efficient this property has run and trust me. We've been through about five managers uand four years at the minimum. So next time you see Amanda on the property, you might say hi and uthank her for for doing he best to keep MGC's runny in a bang up fashion. Remember, complaining, nagging and just generally being rude isn't going to get your hopes sue resolved in a more timely manner. This is a new and wonderful property and it lakes all of us to make a a continues good home experience."

"I’ve lived at over ten apartment complexes over my lifetime and this one is by far the best yet. I think that’s because the property manager (Amanda G.) makes it so comfortable and homey here. She’s a great lady and treats us tenants so nicely and always makes time if we ever need anything. I’ve gotten to know other neighbors and they feel the same way about her -she makes us feel like we are truly cared about and listened to. She even delivers little treats on the holidays! I’ve never known a property manager to do that! The building is clean and tidy too and the maintenance people, Cody, Keith, and Jeff are very respectful and work hard to make sure that things are running smoothly. I love it here and I feel like I’m home now."

"This was my very first place of Luxury living! Maple Grove Commons gave me that New, Modern atmosphere with plenty convenient locations in walking distance. Building were always clean, appliances and all amenities where always kept up to date, the community was safe, with a lot of pleasant neighbors and pets. Amanda the property Management was always amazing with communication, and just a humanistic Assets to the property. And Keith! the property maintenance guy has a spirit of gold and fixed any repair I had in impressively quick timing. I just gave 4 stars because my garage opener never really work but I managed.
