"We LOVED living at Deco! The units, buildings, and amenities are so well-maintained and beautiful. My husband, 1.5yo lab, and I were in a 1br apt. Chuck is a rockstar in making sure all residents feel safe and comfortable, and is professional, responsive, and communicative. Hannah is the main contributing factor for how smoothly our showing, move in, move out, and everything in between went. She's organized, excellent at building rapport with residents, and an excellent communicator and problem solver. She's so easy to talk to and makes me feel taken care of every time I drop by for a chat or any questions. Thanks Deco team for being a fantastic home! Would HIGHLY recommend."

"We’ve lived at Deco for over 2 years now, and really love the place! Amenities such as the dog park, community room, conference room, pool, and multiple outdoor grilling/eating spaces really make the apartment worth it! There’s a salon & message place within the complex, as well as bars/restaurants within walking distance. While a bit of a drive from downtown, the extra space and parking is worth it. There’s underground garage and surface lot parking. Management is quick to respond & maintenance is happy to help with even the simplest projects (like installing a hanging flower pot)."

"DECO is by far the BEST place I have lived in the Madison area and the ONLY place I have renewed a lease at. I have lived in 5 different rental properties in the Madison area throughout the past 5 years. It is absolutely worth the price, which isn't out of line for the area. Management is AMAZING (shout out to Hannah and Abbie). They are incredibly responsive and truly care about the upkeep of the property and happiness of the tenants. My dog and I love stopping by the management office every day to say hi. Beautiful pool, spacious underground heated parking, dog park with plenty of room to run and agility structures, near a ton (too many) of delicious restaurants, the grocery store, Target. It really doesn't get better than this. I am sad to be leaving this property because it truly feels like home (only leaving due to purchasing a house). Thanks the the DECO team for making the last year and a half the best it could be!"

"It has been an amazing experience to live at the Deco. I have lived at the Deco for over a year now in two units and have nothing but high praises. Location is great and only 15 minutes from downtown. Hannah is a wonderful property manager who is flexible to accommodate and happily help. The maintenance team goes above and beyond the job description to keep the property in stellar condition. The cleaning crew, Miriam and Jose, do an amazing job at keeping the building looking brand new. Also, the first people I say hello to every morning. There is a sense of community at the Deco too with an open courtyard and fireplace. Finally, there are fantastic amenities too such as a dog-park, pool, grills, fitness center, and underground parking. I strongly recommend living at the Deco and would pick it again if I had the option to."

"Excellent experience living at Deco! Great location on the west side of Madison. Close to Middleton, West Town Mall, and about a 20 minutes to downtown. Beautiful, clean building with a gym and pool. Spacious apartment and underground parking included. Maintenance is responsive and helpful, and the property manager Hannah is fantastic! Highly recommend the Deco apartments!"
