"It's actually hilarious that they have a bunch of banners by Brady St and even have a pop up on their website that says to call to lease. But once you call, it's an automated message directing you to email them which they do not get back to you. How do they even lease here? They were so unresponsive even though I said I would sing on the spot (very urgent situation). I'm not sure have they have tenant living here as it was actually impossible to get ahold of them to lease. You'd think they'd try to get you to lease out a room and make money! Apparently not! So glad this didn't work out"

"Would have loved to tour the facilities but have reached out to them via 3 different phone numbers and text message with no response/answer during normal business hours. If management is this unresponsive to prospective tenants I cannot imagine what it is like for people who actually live there."

"I moved out last August and let me tell you, I miss it there! They were always responsive and fixed whatever apartment related issues I had. The waiting list for parking is what made me leave (I was on the list for over a year) but dealing with the place I'm at now makes me almost miss driving around for 25 minutes after work looking for a place to park. haha, no but seriously I'm with Welcome Home Milwaukee now and they really are horrible in comparision."
