"It's out of the way, yet close to town. I call the spotless units Shabby Chic. I feel like I'm on vacation every day! The owner is fantastic, takes great pride in the property. Never had any problems. Best move I ever made."

"I wouldn't recommend this apartment. I would give it a -5 star. The owner of the place raised my rent 4 times this year and I'm on a fixed income and he knows this. Each time he tells me this is the last time that I will raise your rent he lies and two months later he raises it again.. He lied to me and to the other tenants here. If you try to explain something to him he gets very upset and either cusses at you or if your at his door he will slam his door in your face, this is not how you run a business and he thinks he is always right even though he is wrong. Think twice about renting here."

"I love this place! I needed a place to stay immediately because my current situation was dangerous. The manager, Mike, worked with me on the deposit and even made sure the unit was ready within two days! He was very detail-oriented when it came to cleaning up and paid very close attention to any little thing that might need to be fixed/replaced/spiffed up. The courtyard opens up to Lake Michigan and the lawn is green and inviting, with patio tables and BBQ pits. It's a nice, welcoming place to come home to every day. Highly recommended!!!"
