"Lovely, built-in kitchen, it's more like mini apartments than hotel rooms. No breakfast or food is included. Complimentary coffee and tea are available, but it's horrible. The siding was falling off in our room, and dog fur was everywhere. It's a pet-friendly hotel, which is why we picked it, for our non-shedding goldendoodle. I am allergic to fur. Our room was not cleaned. This is not a kid-friendly hotel. It's fancy-ish, but no upkeep, and nothing is included. It's way over-priced for what it is. I give it 2 1/2 stars."

"Loved this place! The staff were phenomenal! The rooms were nice and clean. No funny smells at all. The bed was so comfortable I couldn’t get Buster up lol. Definitely recommend staying here!"

"This place is filthy from top to bottom. Super gross. The common areas have trash literally piled up around the elevators, litter and grime everywhere from both guests and the construction we weren't warned about at booking. The room we got was disgusting and the room they offered as an exchange was just as gross. I had to clean everything myself since we didn't have time to go find a new hotel. The tub, floors and countertops were all covered in dirt and hair. Hair all over the sheets. Everything in nasty. Also the gym is closed, there's no breakfast, pool or any other amenities really. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this is definitely one of the worst."
