Best Western Executive Inn Kenosha/Pleasant Prairie

"We stayed here for two nights as part of a family reunion. This is a fairly standard, mid-level hotel, that's mostly clean and in a convenient area for food and services. The halls are big and the rooms seemed modestly updated with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. they had good breakfast options in morning a little bit for everybody preference. The real bright spot of this place is the service and staff. The attitude and helpfulness of the staff (especially at the front desk) totally makes you forget about any minor problems with the facility. If we are ever in the area again, I will definitely return to this hotel."

"This is my go to place whenever i am in the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful in taking care of you. i specially love their hottub and pool feels nice to relax in after a long day. They have good breakfast options in morning and also have complimentary soup in lobby some days. The beds are nice and comfortable just feels like you are at home instead of in hotel. Having bar in the hotel is also a good option as i do not worry about driving after drinking. the lady at the bar was very nice and friendly and knew what she was doing. over all i recommend this hotel to everybody who want place which nice and cozy."

Pool area is clean and well maintained, it’s a great place to spend time with family or friends, or simply to have some alone time to relax and recharge. The rooms are comfortable and spacious beds are cozy and linens are clean. Each room is equipped with flatscreen TV, mini fridge, and coffee maker, providing all conveniences you need for comfortable stay friendly staff and comfortable rooms make this hotel a a great choicewould definitely be back and recommend this to my friends and family"

"We stayed 3 nights on the first floor. The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean but older. Friday and Saturday morning around 4:30am the garbage truck emptied the dumpster and it was crazy loud. It’s right next to a very busy gas station with lots of truckers so if you’re a light sleeper don’t stay on the first floor. The walls are paper thin and even though the hotel was practically empty somehow we got neighbors and you could hear EVERYTHING. The bed is rock hard and uncomfortable with the worst flat pillows. Shower and sink drain very slow so when showering you end up standing in ankle deep water. I’ve stayed in Best Western’s many times, this one’s not the worst by far but not the best."

"I stayed here twice. First time I stayed I strayed on New Year’s Eve and I was in room 225. First time was fine. However I came back over the summer and stayed in 219 and it was awful. It smelt so bad. There was hair in the shower!!! The pool and breakfast was amazing both times. I’ll probably never stay here again. I couldn’t even eat in the room because of the smell"
