"Good rental apartment but services is so slow if something is broken. Old appliances , old furnaces and AC units around 20 years old. Electric bills are, so high."

"I had the unfortunate experience of living here. I was fooled by the management staff to believe this was a great place to live, but Regal Pointe is run by incompetent management who run the place like slum lords. They will nickel and dime you every chance they get and don't expect to see your security deposit again and expect to owe even more when you move out. They do not fix the old broken appliances in any form of a timely manner and I would not recommend them to anyone. I sincerely hope this review serves as a warning and saves good people from the misfortune of renting from this place."

"I have posted a good review on here before and I absolutely loved living at Regal Pointe for the past 3 years. We needed some more space with 2 kids and ended up buying a house. But after moving out, we did not get our security deposit back which I expected. But on top of that we now owe 800 DOLLARS. I have never heard of anyone owing that much money upon moving out before in my life. I also wrote a check to them for a professional carpet cleaning service because I knew one carpet was not the cleanest from the past 3 years living there and did my best to try and get some stains out before hand as well. They said they could not remove the stains from the carpet so we need it replaced. We also had to pay every month for a pet rent as well. You basically are expected to act like you have never lived here before and out wear and tear into the home. I think you guys should say no kids or pets allowed if it is this strict and should not charge pet rent if you are just going to charge an insane amount at the end anyways. I am just very upset because we made great memories in this place and now it has left a bad taste in my mouth from moving out. I would just advise anyone to be aware when you move out of here, you will probably owe an extreme amount of money."

"If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. I applied to this complex 7/29 and at that time I was subject to paying a $20 deposit, plus a $100 earnest deposit. I was assured that in the event I was not approved, the $100 earnest deposit would be refunded. It has now been well over a week and I have yet to be refunded. I called the complex and spoke to a leah? Who told me they had been attempting to place the money on my card, but it was declining on their end and she would have to contact me back. I never received a call back so I called again 8/5 and this time I spoke to Shawn who told me they did research the matter and upon review I placed a stop payment on the transaction so there would not be a refund. I informed him that my bank does not allow me to place stop payments and that is not true. I asked if he could transfer me to who I spoke w/ the day prior and he declined and disconnected the call. I was able to get in contact w/ Legacy Varin which is who Regal Pointe goes through for the application process. Shereya stated that the property manager would be in contact. I never received a call from them so I continuously called until the property manager decided to speak to me. She sent me a screenshot showing the transaction declined, in return I provided her 2 screenshots showing the transaction was successful on my end w/ a transaction ID. When asked why I have been told 3 different situations pertaining to MY funds, she didn’t have an answer and stated there was nothing more she can do. After threatening to come to the office, since a phone conversation was clearly not helping, the regional manager Matt placed a call to me. Unfortunately, he repeated the same things to me that previous people I spoke w/ stated.. still no resolution! He assured me that he would email me his contact info so I can reach out to him directly in the event the money does not show on my card. I have not received any email. My bank is refusing to dispute the transaction because the merchant has the funds, I’m being directed to contact Regal Pointe and no one in that office is competent enough to help resolve this issue or understand where I’m coming from. Based on previous reviews, I shouldn’t have applied. It’s now Day 11 and I still have no refund. So unless in this day and age, you have $100 to throw away down the drain, 0/10 don’t recommend!"

"Lived here for 3 years. Spent months looking for the right apartment. Regal Pointe stood out with its nice layout and spacious 2-car attached garage. It's a huge plus that it is located in one of the city's safest neighborhood. Schools within its boundary are great schools. Close also to shops and nearby cities. Property well-maintained, staff responsive. I just wished they have 3 beds."
