"My daughter was forced to go to these apartments in order to go to MIAD. She signed up for a 2 person room which was $2000 or so more. COVID now changed the rules so every room has to have 2 people and she is not getting any compensation for the extra money she paid. Not cool"
"When I lived here the windows were not properly sealed/cheap and they froze over and leaked all over the wall causing mold growth and stains. Not to mention it's not a good place for student housing if you're thinking about it for your kids. The building manager is manipulative and never there during office hours. Also, be careful when you move out; even if you leave your place in pristine condition they WILL charge you every possible fee they can think of including replacing keys when in actuality you turned them in."
