"I recently moved out after living at the Mayer for the past 15 months and I miss it already. Living here was exceptional- from the perfect location, high end appliances/fixtures, incredible view, and extremely attentive staff. Ann, Felicia, Wayne and Justin were beyond amazing and I can't thank them enough for all they did to make it the best experience possible."

"Where do I begin? Location, location, location! The Mayer conveniently is located next to the Milwaukee Public Market, so you can shop, eat, and grab drinks there. The Third Ward area, in general, is upscale, and there is just about everything from shops, restaurants, and entertainment all within walking distance. As for The Mayer, the apartments are modern and spacious with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and beautiful finishing throughout the unit. I never question safety living here. The main door to the building is on a timed schedule, and no one can get to your floor except you and the residents living there. Many apartments I have lived in the past did not offer this added security measure, and it was the tenants in the building who often wreaked havoc on the floors where they had no reason to be there. The building does have a gym that is adequate not to have to buy a membership. Lastly, there are both surface and underground parking options. Make sure you add this to your contract before moving to avoid the hassle of finding parking daily as there is no street parking in the area. What made my time at The Mayer so worth it is the stellar property management with Ann, the owner, to Felicia, the property manager, and Wayne and Justin, who are the best maintenance men out there. Lastly, Kait, the newest leasing consultant to Pieper Properties, is very kind and so helpful. Communication is crucial to me, and she has done an excellent job of responding to my questions and concerns promptly. I can tell you that although I did not get everything I wanted going into The Mayer, what made it worth it was the team. The apartments here are best for single people and couples at the most. I would highly recommend living here because you will not be disappointed!"

"Due to a job relocation, I will sadly be moving after three years of living at the Mayer. The building is spotless, parking options are wonderful, and apartments have high end finishes. The best part of living at the Mayer though is the staff and their great communication. Felicia, Ann, Wayne, Justin- everyone is absolutely wonderful. Any questions/concerns are answered quickly. I will miss living here!"

Ive lived all over Milwaukee and the third ward over 10 years and this is by far the best. The landlord is amazing, willing to work with you on just about anything, and the on site manager is always responsive to any emergencies any time of day. Absolutely love it here."
