"I loved living in this building! Out of all of the apartments I have lived in, this has been my favorite. It’s quiet, feels safe, and the building and units are unique and lovely. Most importantly, I can’t say enough wonderful things about Monica, our property manager. She has brought forth so many wonderful changes! She has made it safe and beautiful. She communicates effectively and very promptly. She is also a kind and supportive person. If you need anything, she’s there. I’m so glad she was the property manager during most of my time at this property."

"I have had a great experience living at the Artisan! Monica and the management team at LCM are fantastic! They are very responsive and genuinely look to fix problems. I had an issue with my electric meter, and when I contacted them about it they did everything they could to get it fixed. The apartment itself has huge windows, a great kitchen and living room area with granite counters, and there are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance in Walker’s Point and the Third Ward. I would highly recommend living in the Artisan!"

"My fiancé and I have lived here since May of 2020. The management has switched a few times while we have been here but the current management is LCM Funds and they are incredible to work with. They have been improving the whole building ever since the day they took over by painting and updating all community areas. Monica, the property manager, is fabulous to work with. She knows her stuff, always responds timely, and actually cares about each resident. Their maintenance team is also great as they fix all issues quickly and know what they are doing. The location is prime with walking distance to all of Walkers Point and the Third Ward. We have lived in the corner unit of the 5th floor and the views are breathtaking. If you are an early riser you will see the sunrise and if you are not you're lucky because you also get to see the sunsets. Since it is the corner unit you get the best of both worlds with views of the east and the west. You are in good hands with LCM Funds!"
