"The building is old vintage if you would, most tenants will speak you know say pleasantries but some people (males) will look at you in the face don’t hold the elevator for you sad that chivalry is dead. Maintenance responses are pretty quick. Managers are nice. Windows don’t raise up that’s crazy. They’re ppl with kids that are loud bumping jumping over your head. Just tacky. Tenants know ppl steal packages but yet they leave the mailroom door wide open. They have tenants with dogs who pee or poop in the halls and don’t get it up like wow who raised you?! The storage looks like a hurricane happened ppl have their stuff everywhere it’s not organized at all! The exercise area could be better I mean come on for what they charge. It really should be a dog weight limit, hell I saw several huge dogs running freely. Oh an unfortunately there are homeless ppl camped outside all entrances every day all day begging for money."

"Jill the manager is awful. The management team there is beyond unprofessional. PS. They made a second google account to hide their bad reviews. I lived here years ago…the memory of this place HAUNTS me, it was the worst place I’ve ever lived. my friend toured the apartments last year to see what I was talking about. DONT LIVE HERE. They discriminate esp. if you are lower income."

"More than an apartment, a home. It sounds so cheesy, but I lived here for a few years, and the only reason we moved was for a bit more space because we got a bigger dog and are debating starting a family. The inside is modern and super beautiful. Great new appliances, BIG rooms, and plenty of bedroom closet space! The bathrooms are also HUGE, and they have a washer and dryer! The way they laid out the units is super smart and efficient. The building is from the 1800s and the way they converted it into units, you literally never hear your neighbors above, below, or next to you. However, the neighbors you do meet are all super nice and it really is a community inside. I actually grew so close to one of my neighbors that she stood up at my wedding! The thing that stands out to me above all else about Germania is the management. They truly care about the residents and if I ever had an issue come up they are quick to respond. They are great at communicating with the residents and were always great at informing you ahead of time if they needed to come in (to change the filters or if there was going to be a fire drill). I miss them so much! They are such great, genuine people. I only needed maintenance twice the whole time I lived there (my fault, chica seed in the dishwasher), and when I put in a maintenance request, they were able to come the next day, and they were all super friendly and fixed my problem in a few minutes! All the units have a great view and it's location is unbeatable!"

"I called this place home for 2 years and absolutely LOVED it!! The staff at Germania were absolutely wonderful. If ever there was a maintenance issue, the team was quick to resolve it. The buildings historic charm, along with the units updated features, finishes and amenities were great. Location can not be beat, being right along the riverwalk. I am sad that I have relocated out of state, but couldn't have been happier with my experience at Germania!"
