"I know this review is going to get erased but I'm going to say it any ways For starters there is no more pool I've never seen the Gym and if there is one, there is preference This use to be a wonderful place to live I've lived here going on 14 yrs It's got worst with new owners and Manegment This use to be a five starGangs Drug dealers in and around One cannot even go to stores on Mitchell St Theft in every other store"

"Nice value for your money but the property is a bit neglected the neighborhood is not the best and eventhough you have easy access to the highway. Trust me you will need it because there was no place around there I would like to shop or eat at and noticed a few gang members too. They do have a nice property but be armed."

"This was one of the worst dirtiest apartments I have ever seen or looked at. Run so many nicer places that don't have mouse dropping or bugs in them.If u decide decide to move in there put double locks in,Windows and doors. You may come home home to homeless people in your unit. I never lived here I was there for a min to look at some work and I never turn,work so this should let u know to stay away. Sorry I just can't see a family mive in there with kids and find all this out after."

"Lived here for three years before leaving the state. The first two years were decent. The last year not so much. Someone stole my chair off the patio, stole my windshield wipers off my car in underground parking, someone was coming into my home (though I couldn't prove it), and suddenly mice began to appear. Decent spot if the management company puts as much effort into that one as they do others like the blue ribbon lofts. You can't even tell they're owned by the same people. Sad."

"Apartments Aren't Bad. IF You Like Homeless People Breaking In, Stealing Your Stuff, Peeing In HallWays And Seeing Blood Spatter On The Walls. Owner Constantly Claiming We Are "The Only One With Issues" Although After Talking To Countless Tenants, This Is Far From Accurate. Took Almost Two Months To Get A Visit From "Pest Control" And We Still Have A Bad Mouse Problem. But Hey! They Have A Pool You Can Use Monday-Friday 9am-4pm IF The Building Manager Is On Site For You To Sign In With (You Gotta Get Her To Let You In). So Basically If You Have A Job, Don't Even Bother. Basically As Long As You Pay Rent On Time, They Leave You Alone, So Please Leave Them Alone. As They Will NOT Go Out Of Their Way To Help You. EXAMPLE: My Neighbor Locked Themselves Out Of Their Apartment Friday Night. Called The Main Line, Was Told To Call Back Monday. -.- Locked Out ALL Weekend With Two Small Children. NO SYMPATHY. My Car Got Broken Into, The Cameras That Were POINTED AT THE CAR, "Didn't Capture Anything", Wouldn't Even Check. Moving As Far Away As Possible Once Our Lease Is Up."
