"A lots of improvement sense the last time the new manager doing amazing job Yolanda did a lot to get me apartment in a short time thank you"
"Disgusting apartments, roaches & rodents. Smells like urine & feces to say the least. Terrible management they do not care. $1K/month rent for nasty living conditions. No a/c. Theft is heavy in this area between packages to cars"
"this is the the worst and absolutely most disgusting apartments I’ve ever seen and been too. Smells or urin and mold and maybe lots of smoke. Whenever you have a question they are very short with you or they do not give you answers at all. The lady at the front desk is the most disrespectful person in the world and doesn’t have any respect for anyone or their situation. Please please please never let anyone you know live here. Nothing good comes from this place and they will screw you over at every turn."
"They are robbing me of my security deposit I left the apartment “immaculate” according to the lady who did the walk through with me and she stated I would receive my deposit in a timely matter. After a bunch of running around and multiple emails and no mail notification the new property manager stated I won’t be getting my deposit and had no real explanation. They are not professional and are crooks will be suing since the state of Wisconsin mandates they send the deposit within 21 days or a written explanation neither was done. Suing for double the deposit and lawyer fees. Do not rent from these crooks! Update: I got a lawyer involved and after a couple back and forth they resolved the deposit and sent in my rightful deposit, since they were in the wrong in the first place Wisconsin protects tenants from situations like this and if they fail to send at least a notice of why your deposit is with held within 21 days you can sue for double plus lawyer fees. Guess who didn’t want to pay more? Lol overall still wouldn’t recommend due to the issue of them trying to keep my deposit after agreeing to pay it."
"They took the Financial help and still evicted me. I always had black ants in the bathroom. Now they’re saying they will not accept any money from Community advocate or SDC. They treat you very unfair. They’re always changing property managers. Rent at your own risk"
