"Well maintained place and also a very quiet community overall. Great place to live - never have had any issues. The leasing staff also makes a really huge effort to host resident events which I appreciate. Always clean as well and the maintenance staff are super friendly. Most of all - you can't beat the location. It's RIGHT next to the lake and perfect if you go on walks every day. Definitely one of my favourite places I've ever lived."

"I’m on my third lease at the Franklin and it’s by far been the best apartment complex I’ve lived in while renting the past 10 years. The apartments are a great size and great value for what you pay. The balcony is a huge plus along with a gym, tanning bed, rec room you can rent, and business center with a printer. Management and maintenance throw various resident events and are always responsive to residents’ needs. Walking distance to the lake, cathedral square, and Brady Street and right on the Hop line 10 minutes away from 3rd ward. Couldn’t recommend it more!"

The location, staff, amenities and tenants are great! The Hop at the front door…Brady St 2 blocks away and many retail stores and eateries easily walkable…along with access to the lakefront!"

"We have been living at this property from last 2 years and so far our stay has been very pleasant :) The office as well as maintenance staff are always prompt and helpful. The building location couldn’t be perfect, it has high walkability to stores, lake, hop station and the fun Brady Street. Only thing I would wish is if we could upgrade our gym equipments."
