"Don't move here management has a hands off approach, and is straight up rude most of the time writing unprofessional letters. The people who answer the phone are unhelpful and very disrespectful. Horrible customer service. Also the laundry here is very overpriced and they keep raising the price of it. Save your money and don't move here!"

"My parents have lived at Heritage Lake for several years. They feel very comfortable there and enjoy the community of friends they have made. Earlier this year, both of my parents struggled with a number of medical issues and other problems. I needed to come there almost daily to help them. Kathy, the building manager, talked with me often and showed tremendous concern for how my mom and dad were doing. She offered to help me with a number of things and was very friendly and supportive."

"So click. Tried to make amends with a male tenant Tom. Impossible. Totally not my fault. Had a short conversation with him this morning. He will not make amends. He talked about a tenant. Told Manager the guy Tom will not speek to me. None of it was my fault. It was his gossip mouth etc.Had a lot from these click people. I tell manager and I am in the dog house. Even with manager. I approach her with the truth. Do not wort that way. It is favorites and click. Never have I been so shunned in anywhere. But it is me and not the truth. I do speak my voice. Does not make a difference. Told to leave. Nice attitude to have when all of my ! Sayings are teal."

"Management is hands off and unresponsive. Constant smell of weed outside complex. Small, outdated units. I can also confirm that snow removal is horrible. If partially plowed, beware of parking on the (private) street that runs through the complex. Carpenter is not a part of City of Greenfield. Heritage will tow you with shady towing services at anytime without notice."

"My mother rents here. Snow removal is included with living here but they do such a terrible job that I have to come over just to fix their mess. They would leave snow drifts up to my knees. I occasionally have to do my mother's laundry because her neighbors hog the washer and driver. 4 families use 1 washer and 1 dryer. It has been 3 days of one woman leaving her clothes in and on the dryer but when my mom called the clubhouse they put it on their list. Which will take another 4 days to get to. Save your $ go somewhere else."
