"This place sucks man. Lived here not even a year yet. I have had my car almost broken into (window is cracked now). Apartment manager told me that they couldn’t do anything because the street lights blur the camera in the spot I parked in. Several issues within my unit. I don’t even ask the maintenance for help anymore because they say they will do something but never come thru. And then when they do, they want to enter your apt when you’re not there. In the beginning we have suspected people being in our apartment without permission more than once. Hasn’t happened since then though. I don’t know what they are doing with the water, but it gets shut off all the time with no notice. It’s amazing when I’m taking a shower and I just lose heated water and then water pressure. At least give a notice. And an explanation as to why they do it SO often. They tow people even in visitor parking. They wanna come in every three months to spray for pests. Which is fine but then they also threaten you about your home being clean and you will have to pull out your fridge and stove. I don’t think the amount I pay for rent is fair at all. This is a slum. Should be paying $550 MAX."

"Terrible place to stay…. They don’t fix anything wrong in your apartment nor do they update the apartment the rent goes up every year without no updates to the apartment I complained about a bad roach infestation that some tenants brought and management completely ignored the conditions not to mention when we first moved in the down stairs people had a bed bug infestation (which took them a month to take care of) Thank God we never got them basement stayed dirty due to them not fixing the main door and kids from other buildings coming into our building smoking and trashing the basement and halls maintenance worker painted over mold after we had a leak in our bathroom I moved and they took my entire deposit due to repairs that should’ve been done 2 years ago before the other manager left the apartment will literally fall apart and they won’t care and will charge you for things out of your control this place is terrible I wouldn’t recommend I’m glad me and my family was able to leave after my baby stayed sick which we think it was because of molding"

"Words can not explain how frustrated we have been. Our screen has yet been replaced, going on 4 years. We still can’t use our main door,that’s been on (special order) for idk how long. Our bathroom fan still has not been fixed so now mold is back on our bathroom ceiling. Every time my boyfriend calls the office, one of the receptionist doesn’t even try to help or simply does not care. It’s so frustrating being here knowing that they don’t care about their tenants. I hate we had to renew our lease. Was warned about this company 4 years ago before moving into place and now I wish I had listened."

"Workers are never in the office, they let packages get stolen, and it takes 2-3 weeks for maintenance to answer any problems. It wasn’t like this 3-4 years ago but now that there’s a new crew everything is falling apart and they seem soooo lazy."

"Every single time me or my family goes down the apartment office to get a package. It is always the package is not there. Which do not make sense because the delivery station wouldn’t put delivered unless it is delivered. Every single time, do they even check right ?because I do not understand this. Then later when you go up there. They have your package, how is that even possible. Like Can you guys check more carefully? This is frustrating man."
