"The apartment was newly remodeled, and it looks gorgeous. Best one-bedroom floor plan I've ever seen. Nice public balconies facing the river, and lots of community events with fellow residents. On-site parking is at a premium, as some sites are assigned but most are first come first serve. Otherwise, its street parking. You have to clear the snow out of your parking spot, even though it's not yours to claim when you return home to park. There's outdoor patron noise from the tavern across the street, sometimes till 2:30 a.m., and lots of street noise during the day and into the evening. Careful here--rent was reasonable when I signed my lease, then it increased $50 a month the following year. On-site management and maintenance staff."

I have been a resident of Mill Pond Senior Apartments, for over one year now. Mill Pond is a 55 and over senior living environment at its finest. I had been looking for affordable senior housing after I sold my home, and came upon this wonderful gem located in the heart of Menomonee Falls. What drew me to Mill Pond was that as soon as you walk through the front door, the lobby area is bright, extremely clean, and well-maintained. The furniture and furnishings are very warm and inviting, and provide residents with a peaceful welcoming home-like atmosphere. Mill Pond Senior Apartments has a lot to offer to its Residents. The one bedroom, one bath Apartment is spacious, and includes a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. There are ample closets throughout the apartment. The kitchen area provides plenty of cupboard space for storage, and there is a pantry off the kitchen area. There are abundant amenities on-site at Mill Pond Senior Apartments, including a laundry room, which boasts four extra-large washing machines, and four extra-large dryers. There is a full-sized library, which includes everything from classics to modern literature. Additionally, there is a community meeting room that includes a full kitchen. Trash and Recycling rooms are located throughout the building. The landscaping around Mill Pond is abundantly lush, complete with well-maintained gardens, beautiful ponds, and a breathtaking view of the scenery upon walking the footbridge overlooking the Falls. Mill Pond is within walking distance to parks, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment in the area. Mill Pond is also minutes from the bustling downtown area of Menomonee Falls. In the Summer, there is the Farmer’s Market conveniently located in the downtown area. Mill Pond has an on-site Building Manager, David Cubias, Monday through Friday. David listens to each resident at Mill Pond, and is extremely responsive to the needs of the residents. David is very proactive and approachable, and will promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise. David will take the appropriate action as needed in a timely manner. Mill Pond has an on-site Maintenance Manager, John Sturdevant. John is very personable and highly responsive, and attends to items that need to be repaired in a residents’ apartment almost immediately as they occur. John typically will address a work order and complete it the same day he receives it. Renee Mosback is the Regional Manager for Mill Pond, and is very proactive. Renee has been instrumental in overseeing many improvements and upgrades at Mill Pond Senior Apartments. These improvements include a new roof, new windows on the building, and complete resurfacing of the parking areas. Renee also procured new comfortable and cozy furniture, along with charming furnishings for the common areas in the building, and new sturdy outdoor furniture for the patio on each floor. I am proud to be a Resident of Mill Pond Senior Apartments, and I am very happy here. My apartment is warm, cozy, comfortable and inviting. I feel safe here. The residents are friendly and outgoing, and you can feel the camaraderie between people as you walk through the Building. I have made many friends here, and we look out for each other. Mill Pond is a perfect location in the Heart of Menomonee Falls, and is a great location for walking around and taking in the sights and sounds of Menomonee Falls. I know I made the right choice to make Mill Pond my home. Mill Pond Senior Apartments is definitely senior living at its finest. Thank you."

"The building is non smoking but the manager doesn’t enforce it. Some tenants have smoke coming in their apartments and the halls. This causes respiratory illness. Many enjoy living here but are facing a move if this is not corrected."
