"The facility is delectable and the amenities are great. However, what turned my family and me off of this place was the application process. While ultimately getting approved, it ranked between a trip to the dentist and an IRS audit. By the end of the application process our faith in the management had been degraded to a point where we did not feel comfortable signing a year-long lease. To anyone considering a unit from RiverWalk, evaluate them during the application process. It is better to leave and eat the $25 application fee than to make a mistake worth thousands of dollars."

It is walking distance to all of the Menomonee Falls shops and restaurants, as well as has incredible access to hiking, running and biking trails. "Sold our Mequon home in a day and started scouring the area for an available place to live. We were looking for a park like setting, a water feature (pond), access to bike trails and walking paths, and a pet friendly environment. We also had hoped to find a place with higher ceilings, loads of windows, balcony or patio as well as a shorter term lease as we knew we would be moving out of state soon. So very glad we found Riverwalk at the Falls! It checks all the boxes and more. Apartment living has been so much better than we imagined. "RiverWalk on the Falls is a wonderful community! I've lived in many luxury apartment complexes and this one is my favorite. The property is beautiful- from the design and decoration of the interior to the location on the river. The units are spacious with very nice finishings and unique design touches including fireplaces and decorative shelves. The community room is perfect for hosting events; my family enjoyed our holiday party there and everyone was so impressed by the beauty of the space. The office staff is incredibly kind, friendly and attentive- making everyone feel welcome and at home. I absolutely recommend RiverWalk on the Falls!"
