Hoyt Apartments

"I've lived in these apartments for 1 and 1/2 years, this has been the first place I've stayed post college and it has been nothing but pleasant! Extremely friendly and quiet neighbors, the maintenance staff and Sara are extremely easy to work with. (I had a flat tire one morning and was stranded and one of the maintenance guys helped me get it off as I didn't have access to a tire iron). I'd recommend these apartments if I was asked about them!"

"Renting here is amazing!! They make winters easy- snow removal and everything is always salted. They are always prepared for anything!! Jerry is always around for anything you need, and keeps up with making the apartments look and feel like home!! Sara is great & so easy to communicate with. She has made living here easy!! George is awesome too!! Overall amazing experience staying here. I definetly feel at home here!"

To have this many 5-star reviews on an apartment community is almost unseen anywhere else, but living at Hoyt Apartments over the last year has my wife & I understanding why there's nothing less than 5-star reviews. Sara, Jerry, and George are a power team of customer service. There's never been a time I haven't felt as if they don't go above and beyond for any and all requests. In addition to caring for each of their tenants needs, Sara has always been great about communicating via group text for any important news we should all know. During the snowy months, you won't see a cleaner parking lot. The folks at Hoyt ensure that all snow is removed early on and lays enough salt down to maintain an ice free lot for DAYS. And should it snow overnight, they're out there early the next day to make sure it's taken care of. EVERY. TIME. Overall, the apartments are safe, clean, quiet, and the tenants are always quick with a smile and a hello. I've lived in multiple apartments throughout my life, but none have matched the care and quality that the Hoyt crew delivers time and time again. Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I have been at Hoyt Apartments for not quite a year and we have been impressed with the care and responsiveness of George, Sara and Jerry to any of the few issues that have come up. The property itself has attractive landscaping, great outside lighting, a clean basement with a good quality washer and dryer and regular vacuuming and cleaning of the upstairs hallways. Our apartment itself is clean, comfortable and all we really need at a great price. We love being in walking distance to some good restaurants, a fitness gym, coffee shop and farmers market in downtown Menomonee Falls. Our building is quiet and even though we barely know each other, I have felt an unspoken attitude that each of us cares and we watch out for each other which I think filters down from the management team. It has been a good year!"

"We just finished up our first year at Hoyt Apartments and it has been a wonderful experience. The price is amazing especially for the quality and size of the apartments. Management is personable and helpful while still maintaining professionalism. They painted and installed new carpets before we moved in and have been timely with the few small maintenance needs we have had. It is a quiet place to live, always clean and during winter they are great about ice and snow upkeep. The laundry machines take less quarters than our last place and the machines are high quality. I never have to run the dryer twice and the washer never smells funky. I would recommend Hoyt apartments to anyone looking for a well kept apartment with reliable management in a pleasant neighborhood."
