"Would give zero stars if it was an option! I have now tried twice to go to this place for a showing. BOTH times was told by office staff that they didn’t know who I was and that there was no appointments for showings for the day. At this last attempt, after being told I would be called if there were any conflicts, I was told by the person that handles the showings that there was no way I spoke with them and that I have wrong complex. Was then in the same appointment after giving my name to another person in the office, when the showing manager chimed in and said that I was supposed to follow up (super convenient that she now remembers who I am) and said that I was supposed to call to confirm (again after being told at least twice during the scheduling call that the office would call if there was a conflict, which I reminded her of) she then proceeded to tell us that unit we were interested in is off the market. I can’t believe that we rearranged our schedules just to get this run around. Hopefully the office staff will be held accountable for their terrible lack of communication and their abhorrent attempts at gaslighting!! What a waste of time"
