Central Pointe

"Moved in almost 2 months ago and almost everything in my apartments was already damaged in some way. There was still hair from the previous owner all over the shower and walls. The worst part is that you can’t pay your rent online. Can’t believe you still have to get cashiers checks to pay rent in 2024. Especially from a “luxury” apartment. I like the leasing manager but the apartments as a whole are mediocre and the website needs a serious update."

"It’s a small community with better facilities. The manager and the maintenance guy always go above and beyond. The manger alone takes care of all the mails and arranges them very neatly. Every where you see the directions and well written instructions. The fitness center is small but manageable. You get coffee and the water served in the lobby. My family loves this community. It’s surrounded by lots greenery and small pond. The library and the rec center is very near. The local stores are walkable. Culver’s is also very near walkable. Only complaint is from the car wash near to the community which becomes too noisy sometimes but manageable."

"I've lived at Central Pointe Apartments for the past two years. I loved my apartment. The layout and the location was amazing. I am very sad that I have to move to a different location due to business needs.. The management iis very helpful and friendly. Awesome place to live. The place had everything I needed. The pool and building is well maintained. Maybe one day I will be able to return in the future. The next person that will occupy my place will be very happy as well."

"The units are decently sized, and the one we looked at had washer/dryer in unit. However, every unit has carpet in the living area, and as pet owners, we were searching for different options."
