"Truth and Facts from a Tenant first year: Friendly people, some socialize and some don't and that is just fine because that is the freedom we enjoy in life. It is safe, many leave bikes and personals in basements and such unlocked almost zero theft. Packages are safe anywhere they are left and with the exception of one building near the entrance, the area has well groomed grass and landscape. Entry to the New Berlin trail is back by the park and tennis/basketball courts and two baseball diamonds often used for little league games. There is a respect for each person's life and situation by tenants and staff. The maintence staff is outstanding. Ben gets the highest marks along with his property management team. The rent and included heat and discounts on cable and internet are outright helpful especially for those in less favorable circumstances. Regardless, your circumstances, it is a great place to live long term or to get on your feet. All ages seem welcome. That has been my personal experience."

"A very off-putting and unfriendly host of rules and regulations in all caps, including the requirement to get permission from your neighbors to have ONE cat, forced insurance, and income 2.5 times. 2x is common, but if my income was 2.5 this rent, there are at least 8 nicer places in Brookfield and New Berlin that I’d choose first."
