"I moved into my apartment in 2021 and recently renewed my lease for the third time. Maintenance staff responds in a timely manner. After our garbage disposal stopped working, someone came by the following business day to fix it. When the water level in the restroom was low, Tim(?) came the next business day as well. Tim(?) also took his shoes off before he entered the apartment, which was considerate since we don’t wear shoes in the house. Same thing goes for the people who came in to do the yearly inspections. The assistant property manager and property manager, Rodolfo(?) and Angela(?) were also understanding when we were a day late to renew our lease. We have had a positive experiencing living here."

"We lived at Fountain Square apartments when I worked in Milwaukee. This was our 3 apartment and it was the best by far. Connected garage so we didn't have to get out in the snow and rain to get in our car. Very clean and quiet, beautiful place."

"What a wonderful place to live - I lived here for six years (2017-2023) and moved out after getting married. I have nothing but positives to say about living here. When you need something, everyone was very quick to respond and create resolution. Great job with landscaping and snow cleanup. Consistently making updates to make it a better living experience. Newly remodeled cardio/weight room. Made some great friends with neighbors who are very nice. Also a great pool to utilize all summer long!"

"Wonderful apartment complex. I’ve lived here for about a year and absolutely enjoy it. The grounds are well-maintained, and the apartments are up-to-date. It’s the third apartment I’ve lived in and I’ve never felt more at home here. It’s a safe neighborhood and the complex has great amenities. The pool and hot tub are great in the summer, and the fitness center is great year-round. Whenever we have needed maintenance, they’ve been there. The longest wait was one, maybe two, days. I truly commend them on their job. It depends on their workload, but I had a low-priority issue that was taken care of in less than two hours from when I submitted the work order. I can’t think of one issue that we’ve encountered here. I’ll most certainly be staying here until I purchase a home."
