"Horrible experience!!! We had a apartment showing with them but after we drove there for 20mins the office girl gabby told us that someone else got approved just this morning. So,how can she be so unprofessional! We already had appointment for that apartment, at least she could tell us earlier. It was a full waste of time, fuel of car to get there. Most importantly we felt she was racist towards us. I thank to God, we are not gonna rent ever in our life from them."

"I would not recommend living here. My significant other and I lived there from June 2020 until June 2022, so approximately 2 years, and it was awful. Management is rude, and does not properly take care of issues. The basement where all of the storage units are kept flooded twice, and all of our things were ruined with no regard for our things by management, and we were told to go through our own renters insurance to get reimbursed. And we were told 24hours after the flood that there was a flood due to a pipe bursting. For the 2 winters I lived there, we had mice inside of our apartment; underneath our appliances, underneath the sink, and eating food out of our cabinets. When we told management about this, it was never resolved no matter what they "tried" and was told it was normal for mice to come inside as we lived in an old building. When pest control came out to investigate, he told us that there was signs of an infestation and we were never updated after that if anything was taken care of. Our refrigerator was leaking water for almost 2 months inside and from underneath. I had to email management a few times to finally have someone come out an look at the fridge. After they came out, and told us the issue was fixed. I again emailed them due to it not being repaired and still leaking. They finally told us the issue was not fixable and that they would be bringing us a brand new fridge. When our "brand new" fridge arrived, it was covered with stains and had a horrible smell. We then went to the office and said this was unacceptable, they then told us this was temporary and our "new fridge" would be arriving the week following and that they knew our fridge was not repairable since the first time maintenance visited weeks prior. The garage door to get into our private garage space was not opening. We let management know about these issues as well and just like our fridge, lived with a broken garage door for almost 2 months with no repair and NO reimbursement as that was a utility we paid $50 a month for. Summer months were awful, apartments are extremely hot to the point where it is unbearable to live in. You can hear your neighbors conversations through the wall, apartment carpet was matted, and building was overall trashed. Overall, poor management, poor communication from management and maintenance, and extremely poor experience."

"Incredibly shady company. Fiancé and I recently moved to WI and were looking for a place to rent. Price online is reasonable, go to check it out the next day. Place looks good and we want to take it. Price we’re given is now almost $100 higher than what is quoted online. We tell them that’s outside of our budget and ask if they have anything else. They say they can do a shorter lease for a price that’s a bit lower than the online price, so we say yes and apply. After our application is approved, they tell us the rent is now going to be $75 a month higher than the quote we received because they “forgot they have stainless steel appliances and that comes standard”. Something stinks at this point and they clearly are not being honest and up front, so I say no thanks and ask that my application be canceled if the original terms we were given in writing are not honored. They say no problem and then deduct an additional $500 from my account for an “application approval fee”. Do NOT rent from this company, they were terrible before a lease was even signed, I can’t imagine the hellish nightmare of bs it must be when you’re a tenant."
