"I came for a conference. When I arrived, I approached the front desk to inquire if my room was by chance ready. I even prefaced my question with " I under the answer will be No, but I'm early so I'll ask, do you know if my room is available?". The clerk gave me a hard eyeroll and a laugh. Like look man, I don't need the attitude, a simple " I'm sorry, no" would have been a much better customer experience. I didn't expect it to be ready, I stated that, but I also had my bags with me and figured why not ask... Other services were great. Future interactions with other associates went amazingly and they were all very cordial and polite. I'd go back but avoid that front desk associate."

"Love this hotel. The rooms are great and the staff is always happy, smiling, and eager to assist guests in anyway they can. The staffs overall attitude just blows me away. Other hotels can learn a lot from this one!"

"Great amenities! Clean facilities. Love the pool and fitness area. There's foam rollers, a pelaton and all the other stuff you can think of. The manager is really nice and very helpful. The breakfast staff are some of the nicest, kindest people I have met in the service industry. Both the waitstaff and the guys making those amazing omelets. The dinner food is also great and the bartender is very attentive. It's the only place I want to stay when in town. Thank you all for the great experience."

"The hotel is located next to a mall. The room was nearly brand new and still had the new wood smell. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was excellent and cost only $11/pp. The servers were very nice and attentive. The best part was that you could walk into a church worship next door right after breakfast."

"I am a Hilton honors member so usually stay at Hilton properties and have usually been very pleased with the stay. I will never stay here again. They started by saying that the pool, hot tub and exercise room were under construction so closed. They moved me to a smaller room without adjusting the price because I had my dogs. The room smelled and was very old, the furniture and carpet was very worn out, the staff were not very friendly. They also charged a $75 pet fee that was not listed anywhere in website. I prepaid for 2 "very good breakfast" and it was so bad I didn't bother to eat anything. It was only cereal and oatmeal. Everything else was extra. The bartender who was also the host and waiter, were also not friendly, like I was giving them a hard time for even coming."
