The Corners of Brookfield Apartments 260 North Lord Street, Brookfield, WI 53045

"My husband and I moved in about a month ago and I really wish we hadn’t…the reviews were really good but things seem to have gone down hill. Upon moving in, it didn’t seem that our unit was cleaned very well. The appliances were dirty as well as both showers. We put in a request to have those things cleaned and it was scheduled but no one ever showed up. Our washing machine was incredibly moldy - they did replace the moldy parts rather quickly which was great. All of the maintenance workers are really friendly too. A few days ago someone on our floor’s dog had explosive diarrhea in the morning - all down the hallway and in the elevator vestibule. We called to report it around 9:30AM…5 hours later it was still there. Seriously? Also, the gate to the parking garage has been broken for over a week. If you move here, do not expect any cleanliness concerns to be taken seriously."

"I moved into the Corners of Brookfield on Sunday 8/7/22. The entire experience was great. I was relocating from Tampa, FL so my introduction and viewing of the site was virtual. The Management Team is great. Specifically, Chris- she provided me with every detail I needed. Upon arriving I was given a physical tour and my Keys. The common areas are well kept and decorated well. Take note this property does not have a Pool. The convenience of the shopping, entertainment and atmosphere make the Corners a great place to live. I'm on the 5th floor and haven't experienced any noise from adjacent units. I am happy with this property, and you can tell the Management Team cares. I will follow up after 6 months to give an updated review."

"Spending 2-years at The Corners has been a great experience! Management was professional, friendly and always helpful including the maintenance team. The complex was always clean and information regarding upcoming events are published both on your personal portal along with areas throughout the complex. The complex is secure and parking inside the garage was an option made available at time of completing the lease. Having stores and restaurants throughout the complex made shopping and eating a real convenience! I would highly recommend The corners to anyone looking for an apartment either long or short term stay."

"Wonderful place to live. I was a resident at The Corners for a little over two years and loved every minute there. There is a positive energy associated with the area. Added amenities like having a trash room on your floor, access to your storage space on the same floor, or hotel caddies for convenient transport of groceries really set The Corners above other apartments. I appreciated management being on-site and available during day hours. My concerns were always addressed timely on the same day or by the next day. Management was always professional and positive. If you are interested in adjacent access to the freeway, or living near cool restaurants, participating in fun events in the courtyard, or having a movie theater and comedy club in the lower level of your apartment, then The Corners is the place for you."
