I don’t know what these negative reviews are- the views are beautiful, the complex is clean and new, and the big windows are a dream. Would highly recommend"

"I have lived here with my girlfriend for about 6 months now and have nothing but good things to say. The apartment is very spacious and updated, with great BIG windows that let in plenty of light. Appliances are very nice and everything works great! When you need something fixed, the portal is easy to use and maintenance fixes things fast. The amenities are great with the pool, dog park and gym! Madeline was very helpful and informative in the touring, leasing process and move in of our apartment. Management is good, they do really well at upholding the rules and regulations of this complex to maintain its luxury feel. The price is great for what you are getting comparable to other apartments in the area. Some of these negative reviews are not accurate of this complex as I have not experienced anything like them. Overall, this apartment is pretty good for the price, location and quality."

"The Statesman Apartments offer luxurious living with beautifully designed layouts. Moving in was effortless, thanks to Maddie's swift and responsive assistance. We adore our unit and are delighted with the prompt and reliable maintenance service provided by Jeremy. The apartment grounds are well-kept, and property management promptly addresses any concerns we have. It would be convenient to have shopping carts or some form of assistance for grocery transport, and a dog wash station would be a valuable addition. Despite these minor suggestions, we are thoroughly pleased with our experience at The Statesman Apartments."

"This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in! The location is perfect, floor plans are unique, the décor is modern, and the amenities are awesome! They have a full gym, huge clubhouse, and a pool. The best by far though is the dog park right on the property! Management has always been great to me so I really don't know what these other reviews are talking about. Maintenance is also very helpful, whenever I have a request it's done within 48 hours. The only reason I'd ever move is if I buy a house, as far as apartment living, this is the place to be."
