"Spent 2 nites in a king suite. Room was good and clean. Only been open a few weeks. The down side is you can hear every vehicle on 76th st or getting on hwy 36. Not very sound proof. Said something to lady at desk when checking out and her response was "that's the down fall of this place, especially when the bands will be playing at the rock"."
"Beautiful brand new Extended Stay Hotel. Room layout is really cool studio apartment feel with full kitchen, dishwasher, & cooktop. Lots of great food options that you can walk to when the weather is decent."
