"The rent go up 100 dollars every year you live there the patio door on majority of the apartments don’t work they fall off the balconies need to be redone The rent is way too high for a two bedroom garage air. I started off paying 1300 now I’m at 1600. I’ll be moving within a month. and you see a lot of residents moving in stay for a year and move right out it’s not worth the money but I could tell you where the office is located. It’s beautiful inside of the office, but the unit that you would get is kind of Ragley."
"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!! These people do not care about your health clean or fix anything . I’ve been here for a month and I have gunk under my washer and dryer. Also it was so much trash behind there that it was a fire hazard. They came and brought me a new washing machine and didn’t clean behind the washer or dryer or the floor. That’s what you call disgusting and they don’t care. That’s been there since I moved in and they still haven’t gotten to it. It stinks and it’s hazardous to my health. Since I’ve been here, my allergies have been at its worst. That’s because they don’t do any dusting, they don’t clean out any of the air ducts. When I turn my heat on it smelled like my apartment was about to burn up, come to find out the air filter hadn’t been changed, in God knows when. The manager Casey all he does is give excuses on why things can’t be fixed in a timely manner. The dumpster is a nest for rats and roaches. I’ve caught in two flats because they don’t clean up around here. My toilet handle been broke for 2 weeks I have to manually flush it. For the price they asking for rent this place should be immaculate. I could go on and on. Find somewhere else to move."
