"I have had the best experience with the staff at this property. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate from the application process, move in, and after move in. Any questions I had were answered promptly and with a smile. I ran into some issues with the software in the application process and they were very responsive and resolved the issue quickly When I moved in everything went smoothly and even the property manager came out and introduced himself! Any questions I had following were also answered quickly. The apartment and property are beautiful and worth the price. I came from a large townhome and was worried about storage. I have more storage here than I have ever had. The giant windows let in a lot of light and the small details are wonderful. I am so happy about having shade instead of blinds. The property is well kept and the other residents have been very kind. I am so happy with everything! Thank you to Jacob, Zach, and Hunter specifically!"

"When I moved into The Linx Club over a year ago I was thrilled with the property. As of late I'm more than concerned with the direction in which the maintenance and management are going. The front entrance of our lobby has been a holding area of clutter, with used water bottler and a cleaning solution bottle next to the bench where the children of the building wait for their school bus for well over a month. The landscaping has been sorely neglected. The weeds by the pond have not been touch all summer. There are three dead trees by the pond as well as several dead arborvitaes in front of the building. On Saturday the 25th, there was a management sponsored clothing sale in the Club House by a local company, that according their web-site " the Host's will get a style credit to use on merchandise". Who was the beneficiary of this credit? Yesterday, June 27th the property was given a same day notice that the elevators in the building would be unavailable for most of the day for "regular maintenance". As a formerly licensed Property Manager in the State of Illinois this was absolutely shocking. We have several people that can only access their apartments via the elevator not the stairs. Regular maintenance should be scheduled far in advance so that resident's have enough time to make other arrangements the day the elevators will be out of service. When/if maintenance and the manager have a daily plan to walk the buildings and property, I'm certain that these issues will be addressed and corrected."

"It’s been a month since we moved in. It can’t be better! Brittany and Mackenzie are professional, inclusive and helpful! We are very looking forward to the beautiful scenery when winter ends~ We really appreciate this one-year time living at the Linx Club. We see four seasons, sunrise...It's one of our best memories. Brittany, Mackenzie, Zach are awesome! The maintenance team is always responsive and efficient (very tiny issue)! Highly recommend!"
