Saxony Village Apartments

"We have been living at saxony village apartments since December 2020. All I can say is that our experience here has been no less than amazing. You hear all of these horror stories of landlords not caring and who are nonresponsive. Not here. Every time we've had an issue (not often) we are contacted immediately by maintenance or someone at the main office to set up a plan for resolution. Our apartment is really nice, we love walking the trail around the buildings, the dog park is pretty generally well-kept, and the lawn is always mowed, sidewalks always salted/shoveled. I really don't have any complaints. The assistant property manager for the apartments, Bailee Hilton, is not only incredibly friendly, but also very responsive and professional. We've had a great experience living here and until the housing market eases up, here is where we'll remain!"

"Been here over a year, facilities are clean and is quiet & safe. Many folks are walking their dogs or jogging at night. Unit itself is fine, no issues with any of the appliances etc. Underground parking is nice too. Overall one of the nicest places in Germantown. Pros: nice underground parking, safe and clean units/hallways, gym is small but nice The only downside are: hard water, you'll need to get a cheap shower head filter, no built in light unit in living room (so you'll need lamps), a bit on the expensive side $"

"I've been at Saxony for over 3 years; I am a HUGE FAN of being here. I have a great, modern 1BR apartment where everything WORKS and the space is set up very intelligently - the few times I've had small issues, management has fixed them without any fuss, usually ON THE SAME DAY I've made the request (most of the time, they come in while I'm at work and leave a short note letting me know they've fixed it). I love the underground parking - their snow removal has been stellar - they've had crews working at like 5 in the morning when we've had some nasty snows (obviously NOT this year with the warm weather). And my rent is really reasonable; couldn't recommend this place more highly. Bailee, who is the current contact at Saxony has been really kind and helpful to me."

"Saxony Village is a good place to live when you can afford to do so, given it's seclusion while being close to shopping and as well as Highway 41 makes going to Milwaukee a pleasant drive. Solid choice for Studio renters."

"Just finished my leasing term here, and would absolutely rent again! The office staff are incredibly accommodating and polite. Any maintenance request was promptly responded to and never had to wait more than a day for something to get taken care of. Location is hard to beat, very quiet area with just a short walk to great restaurants and grocery stores. The included amenities are a huge plus: communal garden, underground parking, storage unit. These were some of my favorites All around a great experience! Would highly recommend"
