"I lived here for a little over a year. I moved here from Illinois and found this apartment online. I called and a sweet voice answered, her name was Kate. She made me feel so comfortable and rest assured me a smooth process for moving. I didn’t even look at the apartment unit before I moved, just came, got my keys and moved on in. It felt like home right away. Being a single female and new to milwaukee I felt super safe in this unique forest like area. The location is not too far from surrounding major areas, located right by highway entrance so you can hop on real quick and get to where you need to in 15-30 minutes. I worked in Whitefish Bay and the commute didn’t have highway access but the drive there was super manageable everyday, Brown deer area was a little sketchy to me, so I always ran to menomonee falls for essential store runs. My apartment was a second floor end unit and it was perfect because I had my own staircase and entry way. My balcony faced the sunset and it was super relaxing. The neighbors minded their own business and kept the area very welcoming and quiet. My only complaints is that my kitchen cabinets were outdated and whoever redid the caulk in my tub did a horrible job. The bathtub needs to be completely gutted at this point. But I sucked it up because everything else was perfect. Rent was a little high and continued to go up as time went on. I had a 6 month lease when I joined and I renewed it twice and both times my rate was increased. I really liked having my own laundry in the unit. The pool was always kept clean and relaxing in the summer. Maintenance team was quick and efficient and easy to get a hold of! I will always appreciate that! The staff is also very tentative to your needs and accommodating! You can’t beat that! I Also Loved that my unit was pet friendly. I am sad to leave but I’m closing my chapter in milwaukee. If I ever move back, I would no doubt be sure to rent here again. ❤️"

"All apartments are literally glossed over by a sub human repair crew. They claim carpet replacement but will paint over broken glass to rent the next place (I have 100s of pics from multiple units to prove it). I've been paying renters insurance through them since I've moved here and when I want to make a claim the office stone walls me and makes me try to find out who my insurer is. And refused to help and hung up me when I asked for help for a service I was paying them for. All is documented and will/can be proven."

"Great place to live! It’s very pricey but we stayed and renewed our lease because it’s worth the money we spend. Management is great! maintenance is GREAT! The neighbors however can be something else. Especially because the walls are very thin and everything is heard and me and my husband have kids. They keep up with the property better then any place I have lived. Summer time is when you see this this community at its complete beauty!!"
