"The staff is very competent and friendly, though you sometimes need to wait a while if you have a question. However, I was pretty disappointed today when I ordered replacement spokes, and after they finished cutting them I was presented with a price that is literally twice as high as it was last time I came in, about 6 weeks ago. It's now over 7 USD per spoke. I do not think a sudden 100% price raise is fair, especially without telling the customers about it beforehand."
