"We've been at PACT for more than 2 years now and had nothing but amazing experience! Such a fun and positive environment, so much support from staff, field trips at least twice a month, not to mention all the extra curriculum activities such as piano, drama, tap dance, ballet, recorder, strings, friendship club and so many more! My 3rd grader absolutely loves this school! If you're looking for quality education, get a tour and see for yourself!"
"PACT is THE worst school we've ever attended. It's a prison of desperate control and retaliation and nothing but cheap, lazy efforts to pretend to support education, when they literally do nothing but make curriculum copies. We totally agree PACT is unworthy and unqualified and likely steals quite a bit of student funding. PACT is so unpopular and unappealing, much like the staff and administration. Alicia C. is the current principal and PACT is the worst program we've enrolled in over the last 20 years with three kids in a half dozen schools. Fortunately, we ended our year happy and strong after leaving the PACT program mid-year to enroll in another better quality program, and we can confidently confirm that the PACT program is a poorly designed scam with many uncaring, unsupportive, uncooperative, and unqualified staff and admin that do not belong in education, nor does the program live up to its name at all. The principal's major lack of communication, extreme negligence, and obvious incompetence is evident now after finding another amazing program with highly skilled staff that actually prioritizes the state standards, allows budget transparency, assigns grades, and provides quality curriculum options, instead of acting like nothing more than secretaries that just provide cheap and boring black and white copies of the curriculum. There is a reason why the PACT program has such low enrollment and our biggest regret is not leaving sooner. The admin is also extremely ignorant with respect to special needs and family accommodations and will not hesitate to retaliate and discriminate when issues surface that need addressing. Sadly, the executive director blindly supports the principal's proven failures, a lack of ethics, and violates his own handbook policies, which are entitled to all students, but only given to some. Both Joe W., the Executive Director, and Alicia C. are responsible for the failure and lack of appeal at PACT and it's been such a blessing to be welcomed into a much better quality program with our own budget of thousands of dollars to spend on reputable curriculum resources, including covering hundreds of options for art, music, and PE lessons from vendors that offer extracurricular activities, including teaching supplies, ink, and printers, along with the budget transparency we requested, which was oddly denied at PACT as well. Our meetings are also no longer stagnant and suffocating with awkward outdated efforts from incompetent advisors with credentials that lack current professional development, but they are now instead held only monthly and wherever we choose to meet, whether it be at home or at Panera for lunch, which is exciting, fun, and a change of scenery too! We only meet monthly with better review of work samples, more focus on assessments, and an actual effort to assign grades that indicate progress is being made. I cannot imagine how many students are behind at PACT with the extremely low standards and lack of support the admin finds acceptable with such poor service and minimal efforts. We highly suggest that anyone considering this program simply turn around and run away. It's the best thing we did, and if ZERO stars was an option, that's the grade the PACT admin deserves. We truly recommend avoiding enrollment altogether and choosing to seek better quality staff and services for your deserving student(s) elsewhere, like we did:) Run, because your student(s) deserve better, and ours is now experiencing just that!"
"Horrible. I went there and it was horrible, my dad had to go to the hospital for 4 weeks and they still expected us to send in work. And they said 4 samples for each kid but when we sent in 4 for months, after the hospital we were told that it suddenly wasn't enough. We did more, and it still wasn't enough. We got kicked out. Those are the exact words they used, kicked out. I wouldn't recommend it, as a former student, please don't send your kids here. It's horrible."
"So at this school im a student in my last year. (8th) The experience is not great. First, at this school, I experienced misogyny and homophobia and things were not dealt until 7th grade. My best friend was being harassed and the school did nothing. The school said they would change seats, but they didn't. My friend ended up leaving. The staff isn't very nice even though it says this school is for neurodivergent people as well it is not. When i came here, my grades were bad because of my ADHD, i was put down by my advisor and had to switch because of it. Also, she wouldn't let me go to the restroom. I hope this helps. If anything, I would say just do homeschool or choose somewhere different."
"My experience with my child here was not the best. There's a big disconnect in building great learning relationship with students. More of the focus is geared toward make sure audit papers and deadline for staff are met, more business."
