"Love the neighborhood, the vibe, communication, and the relationship with both managers, Becky & Ruth! Everything is just well orientated and organized with these managers being around. The atmosphere is just wonderful as well as the view! You can definitely look outside and see the hills and other houses especially the wonderful sign of Dubuque! The kids and adults here bring the neighborhood to life! Definitely check this place out or better, come live here!"

"Property manager has the worst attitude possible. 99% she also plays favorites. Some tentats get harassed more than others. She will also look through your windows if you have more than one pet, doesn't matter if there's children on the property. "Maintenance" takes their sweet time to do anything. Tenants moved in 8 months ago, dishwasher broke (it's still broke), broken blinds (still not replaced), but its on "the list", would not reccomend this trailer court to anyone. Especially if you have more than 2 pets."
