"This US postal service location is a mix bag of outstanding employees with the opposite of outstanding. Are mail lady was super helpful goes the extra mile helped my nana ( grandma )with her packages when no one was there to help, which was a lot cause nana has plenty of time and an Amazon prime account wish I would have gotten her name and Brian who works the front desk. Brian has gone out his way to help find packages that the other employee didn’t even bother looking before telling me my package wasn’t there. The other employee in real time was telling me how my package hasn’t came while Brian was in middle of helping someone else finishes and grabs my packages before the other guy could finish the excuse of why my packages wasn’t there. It happens so often that if Brian isn’t there we just wait till he is because the other employee either he doesn’t want to look or is to busy making jokes to be bothered to look. If you absolutely need to go to this post office I recommend asking for Brian if he’s not there ask when will he be in because chances are you going to have to come back anyway."

"The postman put that our package was undeliverable because the mailbox was full. The package is oversized and would not fit in a mail box. Clearly the postman or woman was being lazy and not doing their job. I really hope the post office sees this because this is unacceptable."

"Worst post office ever. They have not been delivering my mail or packages for over 6 months now and from what I understand this is affecting over 1000 customers or more and the story even made the local news paper and every time I ask when service will be restored I get a different answer from getting new locks or new boxes!!!!"
