"I rarely post reviews. But this company is a big joke. I wish they had no stars. My dad received a hat for his birthday and it was not his style. He didn’t get a gift receipt with it. I took it in for him to exchange it for a different style. At first they told me no they wouldn’t exchange it. Then they told me that they would do it for even exchange. So after looking, I went to counter for the exchange with a different style hat that was the same price. Only to now have them tell me the hat I was taking back was now discounted and worth $25 dollars and I would owe the difference. Stop SCAMMING people. Someone paid full price for that original hat style. And besides, I’ve never gotten anything in your store discounted. At best we may get a buy one get one 50% off. You were taking advantage of us because we received something as a gift with no receipt to take it back. Our family used to buy hats all the time. I will be taking my money elsewhere for buying hats with some other company that has better business practices and treatment for their customers. Lousy customer service!! You just lost a customer that used to buy hats multiple times a year."
