"Horrible service! We tried to get warranty service from them and they cancelled on us 3 times once it was already past the appointment time. They don't bring any parts with them to a service call. They insist they must get into the house when there is no equipment in there. Now they tell us they won't service us anymore and passed us along to someone else. We wasted 6 weeks dealing with them and got nothing. Shameful experience!"
