"I'd give zero stars if it was an option. I haven't lived here, thankfully, but I've had multiple friends in the unit and the management is absolutely horrendous. Complaining about kids bikes being in the driveway, not fixing things that have been mentioned multiple times, eviction notices due to said "messy driveway", entering premises without warning or permission... the list just goes on. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"I strongly advise against renting with this property management, ESPECIALLY if you are a disabled veteran. They begrudgingly accepted my service dog, then tried to find ways to make life absolutely horrible because of said service dog. When unforeseen circumstances arose and I needed to break my lease 3 months early, the owner rudely stated that he "didn't buy any of that" when I provided medical documentation from the Department of Veterans Affairs to support my request (which was granted, reluctantly). If you have a service animal or do not want to support a company that discriminates against disabled veterans I would highly recommend renting from Hundt Property Management out of Sparta instead."
