Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Absolutely the worst first time experience ever!! I called the local location around ten times and never got an answer. That was two weeks before our vacation. The week prior to vacation I called the local location again with no answers after several calls. I had to call customer service to ask about the make and model of the rental. I also asked if there would be a hitch for a luggage carrier and the customer service person said yes. That takes us to the day of leaving for vacation. I went to get the rental and there was construction on the roads blocking every possible entrance. I called the office of where I was getting the car and still absolutely no answer. I again called customer support to complain and find out why I can’t get any answers. The kind lady was as helpful as possible with no luck. The office didn’t answer her calls either. I gave it one final shot and FINALLY someone answered. I explained who I was and where I was and that I couldn’t get to the business. He helped direct me to an open roadway to get there. So now I’m ready to get my rental and finally go on vacation and so excited! That was short lived. Filled out all the needed documents and went out to get my rental. It was a very nice Nissan but smaller than my personal vehicle that I was trying not to take on vacation. I was given a tour of the vehicle and signed final forms and was given the keys to go on my way. BUT once I looked into the vehicle more and inspected what I was getting, there was so much disappointment. To my surprise there was no hitch for the luggage carrier that I had previously asked about and was told it came with. I proceeded back into the office and stated my concerns and that I was not pleased in any way with the vehicle. I was able to cancel all of the rental but left two hours late for vacation and will not recommend this business to anyone if I can help it."

"Got into a GMC Terrain for a few days from the nice people in Tomah. They came to pick me up, checked in during the rental to make sure everything was satisfactory, and the regional manager gave me a ride back upon returning. Everything you should expect from a rental car company. Another satisfied customer."

"Excellent service with a smile. Vehicle was clean & drove beautifully. Jerod was very friendly checked to make sure everything went good for us on our trip. Also wanted to make sure that we got any questions answered that we might have. Was very efficient in getting us taken care & on our way. I also liked that they checked with us to make sure everything went well both shortly after getting the rental & after returning it. Definitely worth going to if you need a vehicle to rent at a decent price."

"The vehicle I rented was nice, and drove great. But, if you are a smoker, DO NOT rent a car here. They will charge you over $200 (even though a professional detailing job is much less), just because your clothes smell like smoke. Anyone with common sense knows that the smoke smell sticks to you and transfers on your clothes. We NEVER smoked in the vehicle. But, we would get out to have a cigarette and then get back in. We even cleaned the vehicle before returning it. And we were told it smelled like smoke and would be charges $250. Never again."

"Dealt with miss Emma Weber today. She had a great cheerful attitude and helped us get a rental quickly and even picked us up from the body shop where we had to leave the minivan since hitting a deer with it. She had a busy full schedule and upgraded us at no cost to a larger car because that's what she had available. She was so nice to deal with highly recommend her."
