"Stayed for a night in July, 2023 on cross-country motorcycle trip. Everything in the room was clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable and bug-free, and the bathroom was spotless."

"Check out is at 11. I set my alarm for 830. At 840, someone keyed my door trying to enter. No announcement, no knock. At 845 there was a knock on the door, announcement of housekeeping. Per the gentleman that checked me in, they had 5 rooms checking out that morning. The dead bolt didn't work in the room. I carry an extra lock for the door, for my safety."

"The renovation was very nicely done. The lobby and all rooms have been updated. The playground is a nice feature for families, and there are a fair amount of tables outside that are probably great for groups when visiting during warmer weather. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they were great for our large group. The price is very fair and the holiday decorations were on point."

"Paid $300 a night for a suite. Extremely small room with tiny couch, smoke detector hanging from wires, cob webs on ceiling. They only clean rooms every 3 days. Deck was plywood painted. Didn’t feel safe. No elevator. Steps really steep. Never again"

"I’m leaving this 5 star review as a direct result of how pleasant the staff is and how quickly they assisted me. The room is a little cramped but very comfy and extremely clean. Parking is awesome, location is awesome, definitely would stay here again. We arrived late, after midnight. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and polite. There was a bit of a mix up regarding the charges for the room rate, but when I asked the following morning it was handled immediately by Katie. Her positive attitude and professionalism are unmatched by most hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my lifetime. If you’re passing through Wisconsin and you need a comfy place to rest for a night, this is your best option."
